This Privacy Policy governs the data practices of Camyza Hosting operating under the same name, henceforth "We," "Us," or "Our." We adhere to the principle of data minimization, collecting only the minimum amount of Personal Data necessary to provide our hosting and billing services.

2. The Data We Collect & Sources

We adhere to the principle of data minimization and only collect data strictly necessary for fulfilling our contractual and service obligations. We DO NOT collect your full name, physical address, or phone number.

A. Account Data

• Client Username (First Name is shown but you are allowed to just do Username)
• Email
• Password

These are collected directly from you during account registration.  FOSSBilling also has other fields for very personal information asides from the ones listed above which are NOT required for you to fill out.  Please refrain from filling it out since they're not necessary.

B. Financial Data

• Tokenized Payment ID through PayPal

Collected from you and provided by our third-party payment processor (PayPal). We do not store full payment card details.

C. Usage & Technical Data

IP Address, login timestamps, browser type, device information, pages viewed.

Collected automatically via server logs and system monitoring when you interact with the FOSSBilling portal.

3. How and Why We Use Your Data (Legal Basis)

We use your personal data for the following specific purposes, relying on the corresponding legal bases (required by GDPR):

To Provide Services & Manage Contract

Specific Use: To create, manage, suspend, or terminate your service; to process and track payments.

To Communicate

Specific Use: To send invoices, receipts, essential service notices, and password resets via your Email Address.

Protect Our Services (Security)

Specific Use: To log and monitor IP Addresses for security audits, fraud prevention, and to protect the stability and integrity of the FOSSBilling system.

To Respond to Inquiries

Specific Use: To manage and respond to support tickets or general inquiries using your Email Address.

4. Disclosure to Third Parties

We DO NOT sell or share your Personal Data for advertising or marketing purposes. We only disclose your data to essential Service Providers who act on our behalf:

Payment Processors (e.g., PayPal)

• Tokenized Payment ID

To process your payments and fulfill the financial transaction.

Web Hosting Provider (e.g., DreamHost or KnownHost)

• IP Address
• Log Data

To maintain the security, stability, and infrastructure of the website and billing system.

No matter your location, you have various rights over your data, including the Right to Access, Rectification, and Erasure.
